Eight Mayors and First Selectman of lower Fairfield county proclaimed April to be Sexual Assault Awareness Month. Attorney General Richard Blumenthal, Ken Mysogland, director for the Department of Children and Families in Stamford-Norwalk region, and many Fairfield county leaders were on hand on April 2nd at the Stamford Government Center to proclaim their commitment to sexual assault awareness and praise the work of The Center.
